Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in audit or tax recruitment. This role is ideal for a seasoned recruitment professional who excels in headhunting niche candidates and understands the technical nuances of these markets.

You will combine exceptional sourcing skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships, confidently guiding candidates and clients through a competitive recruitment process. A flair for business development is also required, as you'll play a vital role in growing our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Source, headhunt, and engage top-tier candidates in tax, audit, and advisory roles, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional tools.
• Client Development: Leverage your industry expertise to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients.
• Candidate Management: Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates’ skills, technical expertise, and cultural fit.
• Client Consultation: Partner with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored candidate shortlists.
• Market Expertise: Stay updated on trends in the financial and recruitment sectors to position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates.

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive Recruitment Background: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in agency-based recruitment, with a proven focus on audit and/or tax roles.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of financial qualifications, technical terminology, and industry-specific challenges in recruiting for finance and accounting roles.
• Business Development Acumen: Demonstrated ability to secure and manage new client relationships.
• Proficiency in Sourcing Tools: Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms.
• Professionalism: Exceptional client-facing communication skills and a proactive, solution-driven approach to recruitment.
