Lead Generation Specialist – Recruitment Sales Support
Location: Fully Remote (South Africa)
Salary: R25,000
About the Role:
Remote Recruitment is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to power our recruitment sales initiatives. This role is central to identifying, qualifying, and initiating contact with potential clients to expand our reach in the recruitment industry. You’ll serve as the driving force behind new business opportunities, working closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth and successful client acquisition process.
This position is perfect for someone with a proven background in lead generation within recruitment, ideally in the UK market, who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is confident, polished, and a team player with at least 5 years of lead generation experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of longevity in their career.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Research and build a robust pipeline of potential clients aligned with our growth strategy.
- Initial Outreach: Contact prospective clients via email, phone, and digital communication channels to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads against predefined criteria, ensuring quality and alignment with business needs.
- CRM Management: Use monday.com to track and manage all lead interactions, ensuring seamless handovers to the sales team.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities and refine lead generation strategies.
Requirements:

- 5+ years in lead generation, preferably within recruitment.
- Prior exposure to UK markets is a significant advantage.
- Sales Savvy: Confident and professional communicator with strong sales acumen.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
