As a Business Support & Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing marketing efforts, streamlining operations, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process. Responsibilities
Marketing
Track and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing insights for optimisation.
Regularly update the company’s website and social media platforms with engaging content.
Coordinate and promote podcast episodes, including guest scheduling and management.
Plan and execute networking events, webinars, and workshops, both virtual and in-person.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent communication with audiences.
Experiment with new marketing tools and platforms to expand reach.
Identify and pursue cross-promotion opportunities in the fintech and blockchain sectors.
Operations
Manage email and LinkedIn communication across multiple accounts.
Oversee CRM systems to maintain accurate client and candidate tracking.
Handle scheduling and administrative support for events, meetings, and webinars.
Follow up with clients to gather feedback and explore repeat business opportunities.
Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for routine tasks.
Evaluate workflows and recommend efficiency improvements.
Coordinate logistics for industry conference participation.
Candidate Management
Maintain a comprehensive database of candidate profiles and skills.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assist with recruitment.
Guide candidates through the interview process, offering preparation support and updates.
Build and maintain resources for interview preparation and candidate feedback best practices.
Research
Identify and recommend productivity, automation, and marketing tools to enhance operations.
Qualifications and Experience
2+ years of experience in a similar role, such as marketing, operations, or recruitment.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, social media platforms, and marketing analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Access to a reliable internet connection and a laptop.
Knowledge of fintech, blockchain, or related industries is an advantage.
