Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting client sales efforts by identifying potential leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments. If you excel at building rapport over the phone, are persuasive, and thrive on creating opportunities for sales success, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
Generate Leads: Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify new leads based on clients’ target criteria.
Appointment Scheduling: Secure appointments with qualified prospects for client sales teams, ensuring a smooth transition.
Engage and Build Rapport: Establish a positive connection with prospects to foster trust and ensure high-quality lead generation.
Maintain CRM Records: Accurately log lead interactions, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM system for actionable insights.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and nurture leads, keeping them engaged until they are ready to advance in the sales process.
Meet Targets: Strive to meet or exceed individual lead generation and appointment-setting goals, contributing to team success.
Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years in lead generation, appointment setting, telesales, or a similar role.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills, with a persuasive and professional approach.
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads and appointments while maintaining high attention to detail.
Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a commitment to improving conversion rates.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and lead management software.
