Location: South Africa (Remote, working UK or USA hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit for specialized tech roles, focusing on SaaS and go-to-market teams.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Engage with high-net-worth clients and senior-level stakeholders with confidence and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the team to refine and improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years in tech recruitment or related roles (experience in SaaS recruiting highly desirable, but we’re willing to train the right candidate).
• Skills: Proven ability to attract, assess, and retain high-quality candidates.
• Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS, sales, and tech-based recruiting preferred.
• Soft Skills: Confident, personable, and skilled at building rapport with senior professionals.
• Equipment: Own computer, internet connection, and second screen (software and tools provided).
• Work Hours: Flexible to work either UK hours (starting around 10–11 a.m. SA time) or USA hours.
