This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and timely project execution. Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities
Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports
Track project deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
Organise meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements
Support risk and issue tracking throughout the project lifecycle
Manage project tools and software, ensuring data accuracy
Liaise with internal departments to align on project objectives
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a project administration or coordination role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop or desktop
