Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a UK-based executive with day-to-day administrative and personal tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely with an established and growing company that values efficiency, reliability, and clear communication.
As the right-hand person to a busy executive, you'll play a key role in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and streamlining operations. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
Handle email correspondence and follow up on key action items.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Conduct online research and summarise findings clearly.
Liaise with internal teams and external contacts on behalf of the executive.
Manage reminders, task lists, and ad-hoc personal or administrative duties.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong time management and organisational abilities.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and task management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana).
Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
A reliable laptop and stable internet connection are essential.
