Online Learning Coordinator

Salary: R25,000 - R28,000 per month (Dependent on experience) + Commission based on student enrolment

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy professional to take charge of online course management, student engagement, and content development. As an Online Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational experiences, managing learning platforms, and driving student enrolments through effective support and engagement strategies. This role operates Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM UK time, offering flexibility and growth opportunities in a remote setting.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage digital course content for e-learning platforms.
• Engage with students to provide support, guidance, and motivation.
• Track student progress and enhance learner satisfaction.
• Assist in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Implement strategies to increase student enrolment and retention.
• Maintain and update learning management systems (LMS).
• Collaborate with educators and trainers to improve course offerings.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing educational content.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in education, e-learning, or instructional design.
• Strong understanding of digital learning platforms and online course creation.
• Experience with LMS management and student engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Creative problem-solving skills for enhancing online learning experiences.
