Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source top recruitment professionals internationally, particularly for the UK market.
• Conduct phone screenings and video interviews to assess candidates.
• Present qualified candidates with detailed cover sheets and interview recordings.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruitment agency clients to understand hiring needs.
• Utilise sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems effectively.
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience and compliance with recruitment processes.
• Work efficiently within UK time zones to support fast-paced recruitment cycles.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, including international recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and sourcing techniques.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
• Proven track record of placing candidates successfully in international markets.
