Job Title: Marketing and Digital Assistant – SEO, Social Media & Branding Expert

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm UK hours.
Salary: R25,000 per month.
Location: South Africa-based, fully remote.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Marketing and Digital Assistant to join a UK-based business remotely. You’ll improve lead generation, increase brand visibility, and manage digital platforms to drive growth. From SEO and social media to CRM management and email campaigns, you’ll take ownership of marketing efforts to support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management: Maintain and update the WordPress website for optimal performance.
• SEO Mastery: Implement strategies to improve search engine rankings and traffic.
• Social Media Strategy: Manage LinkedIn and other platforms to generate quality leads.
• Email Marketing: Create and manage newsletters to nurture client engagement.
• Database Management: Organize and segment client data for targeted outreach.
• Collaboration: Align efforts with external service providers, such as Google Ads specialists.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience with WordPress website management.
• Strong SEO expertise with knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking tools.
• Proficiency in social media marketing and lead generation.
• Experience using email marketing tools and CRMs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Google Ads management.
• Familiarity with service-based industries.
• Experience with tools like ServiceM8 or equivalent CRMs.
