Relevant Skills Required

• Strong background in sales and sales process improvement
• Experience in creating and delivering training programs for sales teams
• Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., FreshSales) and sales enablement platforms
• Analytical skills to identify training needs and measure performance improvement
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams

Key Responsibilities

• Training Program Development: Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding, soft skills, cold calling, and lead qualification techniques
• Performance Coaching: Provide 1:1 and group coaching to improve individual and team sales performance
• Sales Process Optimisation: Identify gaps in the sales process and implement best practices for consistent improvement
• Ongoing Support: Conduct refresher training sessions and ensure continuous development to keep the team aligned with business goals
• Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs, track training effectiveness, and report on individual and team progress
• Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with sales managers and account teams to align training with business objectives and ensure seamless integration into daily workflows

Preferred Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales training, sales management, or a similar role
• Experience working in a remote-first environment and with UK-based clients is advantageous
