Talent Acquisition Specialist – Tech Recruitment

Salary: R25,000 p/m + Commission
Location: South Africa (Fully Remote)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm (UK Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with EU-based clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering top talent.
• Proactively identify and attract exceptional candidates through various sourcing strategies.
• Maintain talent pipelines and stay up-to-date with market trends in the tech industry.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure seamless recruitment processes and timelines.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of tech recruitment experience, with a focus on European clients (Germany preferred).
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology in the software and IT sectors.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
