Job Title: Sales Executive – Property Investment Specialist
Salary: R25,000 per month + commission
Location: South Africa (UK hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, fully remote)

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and charismatic Sales Executive with expertise in property investment. Your role will focus on identifying, nurturing, and converting high-value prospects into clients. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and excel at outbound engagement, relationship-building, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & Outreach: Make 50-60 targeted outbound calls daily to connect with prospective property investors, qualify leads, and set up high-value appointments.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential investors to understand their needs and preferences.
• Lead Conversion: Deliver concise, persuasive sales pitches tailored to capture investor interest and pre-qualify prospects.
• Follow-ups: Use LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms to follow up, re-engage, and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
• CRM Management: Keep all client interactions, sales progress, and lead data up to date within the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales leaders to close qualified deals and meet team sales targets.

Requirements:

• Sales Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in property investment or related industries.
• Communication: Exceptional phone communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Target-Driven: A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms like WhatsApp.
• Self-Sufficient: Access to a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop or PC.
