Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive and Marketing Assistant to support our leadership team and marketing function. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and provides top-tier marketing support. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound phone and email inquiries.
• Respond to LinkedIn post comments.
• Create and post three daily social media posts, including biweekly infographics and blog posts.
• Send daily marketing emails to candidates.
• Upload CVs that cannot be processed by the parsing tool.
• Generate Excel sales reports.
• Create weekly team performance reports for Directors.
• Maintain up-to-date HR system data.
• Approve leave and absences via HR software.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an Executive and/or Marketing Assistant.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive.
